Use our contact form on our website or contact us via phone/email or even Facebook! Let us know your requirements and property address and we will promptly provide you with a quote. We offer one-off and regular window cleans at a frequency that suits you for example, 4, 6, 8 or 12 weekly.
On your initial window clean we will schedule it at a time that suits our customer. After this we offer a complimentary text or email service to advise what day we will be coming. We send this out up to a couple of days before/night before we are due to enable our customers to arrange for any access needed e.g unlocking side gate.
Payment is required within 7 days after your window clean/scheduled works.
All our payment details will be on your slip we leave after each window clean advising of the amount due and date we attended.
We will always try and provide the best possible service every time we clean your windows. If for whatever reason your are not satisfied with our work, you must contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We will return to re-clean your windows for free. We do not operate a refund or reduction policy we will always rectify any work you are unhappy with provided we are informed within 24 hours of the clean date.
As a professional company we will be reliable as we possibly can be and notify our customers of any changes to the date of your clean. We also appreciate our customers being reliable. On the day of your clean it is too short notice for us to replace your clean with another. We reserve the right if turning our operatives away at the door or cancelling on the day with any team member, to charge you the full price expected. We also reserve the right to charge the full price expected if access on the day has not been made available by the customer.
