Payment is required within 7 days after your window clean/scheduled works.
All our payment details will be on your slip we leave after each window clean advising of the amount due and date we attended.
We adhere to the frequency agreed. We ask for some flexibility on time scales due to weather and other factors, of a week either side of the time due.
We work in all weather conditions including the rain - the results will be the same and you are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.
On the day of your clean it is too short notice for us to replace your clean with another. We reserve the right if turning our operatives away at the door or cancelling on the day with any team member , to charge you the full price expected. We also reserve the right to charge the full price expected if access on the day has not been made available by the customer.
Our complimentary text service is not an excuse to cancel a clean, you should expect us as per your agreed frequency regardless of whether you receive our complimentary booking in message or not.
If for whatever reason your are not satisfied with our work, you must contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We will return to re-clean your windows for free. We do not operate a refund or reduction policy we will always rectify any work you are unhappy with provided we are informed within 24 hours of the clean date. Please note that complaints made after 24 hours may not be re-cleaned.
You have the right to cancel our services at any time. We require cancellations in writing via text or email. Any outstanding payments should be made immediately.
All customer information is kept on a confidential database.
